External voltage control of Alarm input

Background When a +4.5 V to +5 V high signal is input to
PIN12 (Alarm input), it will forcibly turn off the
PHU OUTPUT.
Connection When connecting the external voltage source to the
connectors, use shielded or twisted paired wiring.

 Pin12 → EXT (+)
 Pin15 or Pin16 or Pin23 → digital GND or
Enable (-)
 Pin14 → Enable (+)
 Wire shield → Negative (-) output terminal
